Chronic pain and the Coronavirus

This is a strange and uncertain time for everyone. When in an already uncertain situation, world events can be overwhelming.

Pain can be exacerbated by repetitive thoughts and fear. It is important to follow all recommended safety advice. However, this being done, there is not much else we can directly control. It becomes even more important to look after yourself.

We have put together an emergency programme of soothing readings, designed to give inspiration and comfort at this time.
